Each button switches its output on and shows its reading. Dach, RW, Schl W and Spriegel: while you hold them. The others: 10 s per tap (the bar shows the time left; tap again for another 10 s). Überst / Unterbr.: tap on, tap off.

Safari can't use Bluetooth. This iPhone needs the free app Bluefy to drive the panel.
